CFI’s top 10 stories of 2023

Canadian Forest Industries (CFI) just released the Top 10 most read articles from 2023, offering a glimpse into the topics that resonated most with readers and acknowledging the dynamic and evolving landscape of Canada’s forest industry. At the top of the list is ‘CFI’s Top 20 Under 40 winners for 2023’, the second most read article of the year.

The feature, which received a record number of nominations, celebrates 20 young professionals who are shaping the future of the forestry industry. Among the awardees acknowledged was Peter Flett, a Registered Professional Forester currently in charge of all forestry operations for the Osoyoos Indian Band (OIB), where he oversees Nk’Mip Forestry and West Boundary Community Forest (WBCF).

Without a doubt, Peter's recognition in the ‘Top 20 Under 40’ is a testament to his passion and dedication as he continues to make positive and meaningful contributions to the industry.
